Powerful function. The labeled products can automatically flip 180 degrees to complete the labeling of the top and bottom sides of the object at one time. It has functions such as production counting, power-saving, production count setting prompt, parameter setting protection, and is convenient for production management.

It can flexibly match different production lines. The three-bar adjustment mechanism is adopted, fully leveraging the stability of the triangle, making the entire machine sturdy and durable.
High labeling accuracy. The labeling is driven by a stepper motor or a servo motor, ensuring precise labeling. The label winding correction mechanism is designed to prevent the label from deviating left or right during the traction process. The eccentric wheel technology is applied to the traction mechanism, preventing the label from slipping during traction and ensuring precise label output.

Core working principle: Place the product onto the conveyor belt. The sensor detects the product passing by and transmits the signal back to the labeling control system. After the signal is processed by the PLC, a label is sent to be attached at the designated position of the product at the appropriate time. The product flows through the labeling device, and the label is firmly attached. The labeling action of one label is completed.
Operation process: Place the product (on the assembly line)-> Product transportation -> Product detection -> Labeling (on the upper surface)-> Labeling fixation -> Product flipping (automatically completed by the equipment) -> Product transportation -> Product detection -> Labeling (on the lower surface) -> Labeling fixation -> Collect the labeled products (flow into the next assembly line)
