• Ultra-High Precision Labeling: Achieves exceptional labeling accuracy of ±0.5mm, the highest precision among desktop labeling machines. This accuracy is ensured by the Italian Datasensor label sensor and Panasonic PLC control system, guaranteeing consistent label placement on every product.

• Versatile Labeling Methods: Utilizes suction-attachment technology for flat surface labeling, with the ability to handle uneven surfaces by changing the label overlaying mechanism. Supports concave surface, circle-arc surface, and irregular-shaped bottle labeling through custom fixture changes, adapting to diverse product requirements.

• Flexible Operation Modes: Offers both manual and automatic operation modes. In manual mode, operators press the foot switch to initiate labeling. In automatic mode, the product sensor detects bottle presence and automatically triggers the pressing mechanism and labeling cycle, providing flexibility for different production scenarios.

• Pneumatic Pressing Mechanism: Features a cylinder-driven pressing device with rubber or high-density foam strengthening mechanism. The adjustable pressure ensures labels are firmly applied to products without bubbles or wrinkles, with the sponge positioned 5-20mm above the peeling plate for optimal contact.
